i have a score of 700 and IR 3 ,but in my previous attempt my IR score was 6 will there be any problems with respect to college application for INSEAD? Do universities in general see an overall score ?

So challenging to provide advice based solely on your IR score and GMAT score in isolation. That's not how INSEAD or top global business schools evaluate candidates. Your overall profile will be considered, and the breakdown of your GMAT score into quant and verbal will also be compared to the individual averages of your demographic to understand how you will academically compare to the average person in the INSEAD cohort. The admissions committee may seek to establish a connection between your IR score of 3, your Quant score, and your background when making a decision about your candidacy.
