Hello, FaizanKhan. I agree with both posts above, but I second the notion that you should not be practicing LSAT passages if your goal is to prepare for GMAT™ RC. Sure, there can be certain advantages to tackling upper-level material for people who have already mastered the basics of RC and may be looking to solidify their approach to more challenging material, but I see no advantage in using questions from a different test to begin preparation for the GMAT™ when so many official passages and questions have been released. The OG need not be set aside for the "right" time: It is there to study, right now. You will feel less pressure once you decide to open it up and explore the passages, and you will certainly gain a better understanding of GMAT™-specific questions by studying those from the test at hand.
