Re: lt;< They went to Africa, a continent with abundant [#permalink]

Why not E????

In fact i will make a choice between A & E and pick E...

Its solves the problem by placing "in september" in the begining.. the rest follow cleanly...

Whats the answer by the book???

"E" is wrong bcoz "in september" is a prepositional phrase which modify the verb "went". Grammatically "in september" should follow the object - "to africa" of the verb "went"

"A" is the only possible correct answer here

cheers,
Dharmin

I would still go for E, A is not clear enuff - did they go to Africa in September, or is Africa with abun. resources in September.... i think it's not clear here, E should be right.

Hi Sumit

where did you get this SC from? doesnt seem like a quality question.

Guys, please be very cautious about the materials you use in verbal. Stick to official stuff. OG , the paper tests and a grammar text are a great way to learn SC. But thats just my opinion.

Guys....

The OA is E .

I too feel angry with the questions of Crack-Gmat. Thats the reason which worried me, probably we should avoid CRACK GMAT lest it brings unnecessary confusion.

I am prepared to cross off A for the redundancy of "the month of September."
