Luis is taller than Rei. Kiko is taller than Marcus. Therefore, Kiko is taller than Rei.

The conclusion drawn above is not supported by the argument; however, the addition of one additional piece of information would make the conclusion logically sound. All of the following could be that additional piece of information EXCEPT:

(A) Kiko is taller than Luis.
(B) Luis is taller than Marcus.
(C) Luis and Marcus are the same height.
(D) Marcus and Rei are the same height.
(E) Marcus is taller than Rei.

B is the way to go. Picking numbers and a bar-chart help to solve this question. Let's say that Luis is 100, and Marcus is 50. Rei can still be 90, and Kiko can be 80. Conditions satisfy but it is not true.

Cheers,

1. K>L>M>R
2. L>R>K>M in second case K is less than R..

Consider with the given senario two possibilities exists
1) K > M > L > R

2) K > L > R > M

Now with knowing

a ) K > L with this information we still cannot fix the above possibilities .
b) L > M possibility 2 occurs
c) L = M possibility 2 occurs
d) M = R possibility 1 occurs
e) M > R possibility 1 occurs

Hence i feel a is the answer can any one comment on this '>' here means greater in terms of height !!

Looks like E
in brief: L>R; K>M; Hence K>R. Where is the linking point? If K>M in order K to be '>' than R, M must be '>' than R.

L > R
K > M
Conclusion: K > R

For the conclusion to hold good, we can assume the following:
K > L --> A
M > L --> Option B is the opposite of this assumption
M > R --> E
M = L --> C
M = R --> D

From the above we have:

L > R
K > M

To complete : K > R

Prethinking, this can be the following ways:

M > = L , M > = R, K > = L.

Parsing through the options,

Only B is not there.

(D) Marcus and Rei are the same height.

(E) Marcus is taller than Rei.

Luis>Rei, kiko>Marcus,

conclusion is Kiko>Marcus

This is an except question.

The missing information is relation between Kiko and Luis. Both of them are related to Rei independently.

The correct answer will provide the information about relative height of marcus and Luis with respect to Kiko.

Only option B doesn't provide the relative height of Kiko and Luis.

Although it took time that is 1 minute 47 second still attempted right
My approach
luis>rei
kiko>marcus
kiko>rei
1.. can be possible
2..hold on-- It the left over choice
3...yes possibe refer option A
4.. Yes possible since both are shorter than luis and Kiko
5..Possible since still atleast shorter than Kiko
I am not good at explaining things by the way just learning
