This question tests a few things and is trickier than it seems at first. So if you are thrown off by it (as i was recently when taking a sample test, having to give it a second look - you are not alone).
However, note the following 2 tips:
1️⃣ It is tempting to use that square to open up the square root. Our brain is trained for that. This is the first catch. Instead you have to be disciplined and realize that square and square root of 2 are on equal terms so it is going to be \(2 * \sqrt{2}\), not \(\sqrt{2}^2\)
2️⃣ The answer is simply \(5^2 \sqrt{2}\) but that's not one of the options in the answer choices. The only option there is \(25^\sqrt{2}\)
So it seems a lot of people get tripped up by these 2 traps. Be thankful for them - you have learned how to avoid 2 mistake in 1 question! A fool will curse the question, but a smart person will learn and get a better score.
