I did not quite understand the solution. How does 33 places to the left make sense? I mean 2357111317^11 has its value which multiplies by 10^-33, how are we sure that it produces 33 places in decimal?

The reason 10^(-33) shifts the decimal point 33 places to the left is because multiplying any number by 10^(-k), where k is a positive integer, moves its decimal k places left. Since 2357111317^11 is a whole number, applying 10^(-33) ensures exactly 33 digits appear to the right of the decimal. You can try with smaller numbers to verify this, like 123 * 10^(-5), which gives 0.00123 (5 digits to the right).
