\((23.57111317 * 10^5)^{11} = \)
\(= (2357111317 * 10^{-8} * 10^5)^{11} = \)
\(= (2357111317 * 10^{-3})^{11} =\)
\(= 2357111317^{11} * 10^{-33}\)
Whatever the value of \(2357111317^{11}\) is, \(10^{-33}\) will shift the decimal point of that number 33 places to the left.

is this reasoning correct? (23.57111317*10^5)^11 = (2357111.317)^11, since there are 3 decimal places there will be 3*11 decimal places?
