MAcc 2021 Admissions

Question

Hello Everyone!

I was just wondering if there are people here who have applied or are planning to apply for the Master of Accounting program for the 2021-22 academic year.

I could not find any thread in regards to this program in here so please let me know if there is anything open already!

As of now I have applied to UVA and William & Mary.
Got accepted to UVA (contingent on some prerequisites) and pending any scholarship information.

I am an international student so been looking for STEM courses.

Im applying to a few schools for Fall.

GMAT 640 , 600 
GPA 2.76 Undergrad in politics (had to withdraw for health reasons one year that caused the drop in GPA , will explain in the essay)
GPA 3.71 (MS in management in eu school)
2 y work experience, 6 month in tax prep
Wake forest, UVA, William & Mary, American University. Do you guys think I have a shot?

I have also applied for the MAcc program.

GMAT: 650
GPA: 3.51/4.0
Undergrad Degree: Business Administration
Work experience: Marketing internship at JW Marriott Hotel
Universities Applied: University of Rochester, UIUC, Rice University, Ohio State University
Accepted: UIUC with scholarship
Declined: 
I am still thinking about whether I should apply for USC. But as of now, I will be going to UIUC!

Universities Applied: UVA, OSU, Rochester, Cornell
Accepted: UVA w/ scholarship, OSU (invited for fellowship event), Rochester w/ scholarship + invitation to scholarship weekend

Thanks!! Hope your interview went well! How long did it take UIUC to give out your admission decision? I was thinking of applying there but they never replied to my questions so I kinda gave up.

They admit students on a rolling basis so I got my acceptance letter within 10 hours. I was really surprised that they were so quick. With your gpa and gmat score, you will definitely make it and you still have time as the deadline is 1st Feb.

How long after the application did you receive the acceptance letters for UVA and Rochester?

UVA took 1 month, and a week later they released scholarship info. Rochester took almost 2 months, probably 1 month and 3 weeks to be precise. Scholarship came with acceptance. I applied R1 for both.

Yesul  Hey Yesul! Does UIUC hold interviews for admission? Did you mean you got the admission letter 10 hours after your application submission?
