I searched the internet but couldn't find a proper answer for this. I need to know the exact syllabus of DS in DI for me to practice effectively since I'm using old materials to revise and Old one was Heavy in Number properties, inequalities, etc.

None of the so called "pure math" DS questions appear on the Focus Edition. The new DS questions are all word problems.
So, anything that works in a word problem, such as rates, percentages, mixtures, overlapping sets, and maximums and minimums, is fair game.
Also, the questions can sometimes involve information in a chart or table.
Finally, some do not involve math and instead involve verbal logic similar to what you'd see in a Critical Reasoning or Two-Part Analysis question.
So, you can use any word-problem-type DS question you see in the materials you have, and at the same time, it also would be good to find a source of verbal-based DS questions to learn how to handle those.

In addition to what Marty said, although pure math DS questions are not included in the GMAT focus, GMAC still tests many common Number Properties concepts in DS, such as divisibility and remainders, but those are now presented as word problems.
