total time spent in meeting = 90+45 = 135 mins
total time in hrs = $$\frac{135}{60}$$ hrs

percent time spent n meeting =$$\frac{135*100}{(60*9)}$$
= 25%

Total time spent = 45+90 = 135 = 2 1/4 hrs = 9/4 hrs.

9/4/9*100 = 100/4 = 25% option C

Total minutes - 9*60 = 540 minutes
First meeting = 45 minutes
Second meeting = 90 minutes..

((45+90)/540)*100 = 25%..

and meeting time spent ; 45+ 90 ; 135
% of time spent; 135/9*60 = 25%
