I am hoping someone would help me decipher my Chances at getting into the MLT MBA Prep Program. I graduated from one of the lower ranked UCs with a GPA at 3.23, My GMAT score will be 700 when I apply R1 I will have 2 years work experience first as an Entry Level Manager for Target Corp, promoted to Operations Manager 8 months later. Career goals short term are transitioning into marketing in either retail or CPGs.
Plan to re-take a few quantitative classes, nature of my job includes historical forecasting, demand planning, general organizational and operational management.
Any more information about the Program in relation to improving admissions chances, and ways to improve my profile would be greatly appreciated.

I participated in MLT when I was applying to b-school years back and I really recommend it. Your profile should be fine for MLT especially with that GMAT score. I would also make sure you have your recommenders lined up and that they are sound. Take the essay portion serious as well the more you can connect your career goals to some underlying passion and giving back the better you will be. MLT loves mission based MBA journeys so if there is an underlying passion driving your MBA goals make sure to communicate this.
