I started my prep 3 months back i.e September 2017 and after a month of rigorous study schedule, i attempted Gmat official mock and scored 680, my target was around 740. I took another month to practice more on quant and verbal questions but got the same score on my Gmat official mock 2. With the online material i have, i took Manhattan GMAT course. I would say questions are very good , they have categorized the questions according to the Levels and Topics and sub-topics. Their tasts are somewhat hard than Actual Gmat exam but are really helpful preparing you for the worst in Actual GMAT. I have really liked their analysis on your Mocks.

With this post, you seem overly focused on the practice CATs that you've been using, but you haven't described your studies, why you're getting questions wrong, etc. Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) How have you scored on each of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for each)?
Goals:
4) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
6) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
