Hello,
I'm trying to gauge how hard the Manhattan Math questions are. I'm working through their 2009 flash cards and find them trivial. The questions in the book aren't much more difficult for me. Every section I'll have one or two that I'll need to review. However, when I spend time on the questions tagged 600-700, I find most of them to be challenging.

Manhattan's Quant level is considered Tough... So do not panic if you miss a few.... Quants in actual GMAT are much easier (i will say GMATPrep standard), but tougher than OG Quant (which is 500-600 level). Most MGAMT questions are 750-800 level in Actual GMAT. So if you get a decent score in MGAMT Mock tests (Quants) , you'll definitely crack the actual exam.

Does this also apply to the "strategy books"? That's really where I'm judging this on

The Problem sets in the Strategy Books are just to get your basics straight and very very different from actual GMAT questions, so do not try to judge question standards based on the strategy guides. Refer to Online Question Bank or Mock MGMAT CATs for real tough GMAT questions.
