Hi GMATClub,
I am currently enrolled in the Manhattan GMAT course (along with a subscription to Magoosh). My course of action so far has been to follow Manhattan's Course Syllabus. For those who are familiar, could you please help shed some light on Manhattan's Syllabus for me? The OG Questions that are assigned in each Session do not seem to follow the Strategy Guide topics for that week. Although there are a hand full of OG Questions that do relate to the readings, there have been a few curve-balls.(For Example, in Session 1 Quant, there are several OG Questions assigned for that week that do not relate to the Reading assignments in FDP.)
Should I continue following Manhattan's GMAT Course Syllabus, or simply work through the Manhattan Guides while completing OG Problems associated with each Chapter I finish reading? I feel as though the latter option would be more beneficial in retaining and applying info within the Guides towards actual GMAT problems, which the Syllabus doesn't seem to do?
If you've had experiences with following and completing Manhattan GMAT's Course Syllabus, please let me know what your thoughts are.

1) How have you scored on your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
3) What is your goal score?

I do recommend following the syllabus as your primary means of study. With time you have left you can hit additional OG questions that relate to what you have recently studied. And yes, you should ask this question to your instructor to make sure you are following the syllabus correctly and to gain additional insights.
