5. As the pattern has changed you have just 70 minutes for each section i.e. 30 questions, after that you will get second section so get set for that too because after 70 minutes you are not able to get back the first section.

So the candidates who are going to appear in GMAT exams or who have register for GMAT have to switch their final gear. I know you breathe of CAT aspirants now going up & down but this is the time to get set for the final war to get IIMs. Now a bunch of questions has arrived in your mind, but you have make your mind strong just revise all the things with set of a plan don’t hesitate to ask anything to anyone if you have a doubt. There is some suggestion for you which should follow in GMAT exam:
Tips to crack GMAT exam
1. More practice typical questions but also doesn’t ignore easy too so that you are capable to do all kind of questions in the GMAT exam, also you must have a confidence that you have done this kind of question before so that you take it as easy!
2. Don’t waste time in that in which you have problem, Practice those section now in which you are strong you will sure get better result.
3. Ignore the questions which is more time consuming take them to the end if you have time. Also don’t attempt question on supposition way.
4. Create a plan for you divide everything which you have -1. Clear everything, Not very clear, and Complex.
a. Make practice clear everything section
b. Practice not very clear areas so that it becomes clear areas.
c. Also attempt complex section if you found more difficulty Ignore that.

I think he has quoted with refererence to the CAT exam which is for management admissions for PG program
in India

He is talking about CAT exam, not GMAT its an exam for PG admissions in India

It must be for CAT exam held in India for admission in Indian colleges for MBA and not for GMAT.
