Which of the following statements, draws the most reliable conclusion from the information above?
(A) Tobacco advertising cannot be the only factor that affects the prevalence of smoking among teen-agers.
(B) Advertising does not play a role in causing teen-agers to start or continue smoking
(C) Banning tobacco advertising does not reduce the consumption of tobacco
(D) More teen-agers smoke if they are not exposed to tobaco advertising than if they are
(E) Most teen-agers who smoked in 1975 did not stop when the ban on tobacco advertising was implemented

Picking A.
The passage states that even though advertising was banned, still smoking was as prevalent as in other countris.
This means that there must be some other reason behind the prevalence of smoking aming teen-agers.
Why not B guys???
here we r told that "its been argued" ... but then he cites the example of Norway where the tobacco is as prevalent among teenagers as in other countries despite a ban on advertising tobacco ..this means advertising has no effect on Teen-agers's consumption trend..
Though A looks like a very no-risk statement but why's B wrong??
Will go with A........ it si the most reliable conclusion.
B cannot be a reliable conclusion as it assumes that advertising doesnot play any role nothing is mentioned whether advertising has helped teenagers or not.
