I am intended to start a business in future. What you guys think Finance would be a better option or marketing for a specialization.

I think, I am more interested in marketing.

Well Basically Target Industry is only two Software and Energy.

what are major sub sectors on both these industries. I mean in software there are many areas you can focus like web development or mobile app development, cloud computing--etc. In engery sector also there are many sub sectors like production, manufacturing of power products and construction. I hope you have prepared a market survey. If not I suggest you prepare project case study on two sectors you want to focus and choose your sector. I recommend Software since you have lot of potential also investment is some what low when compared with energy sector.
