Just done with my interview with Benjamin too. He asked me similar questions as well (1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Why MBA? And how will you pitch yourself to companied for internship? 3. Why USC?), along with it, if I wanted to add anything that's not on my resume.
Asked him 3-4 questions which he went on to answer and explain very nicely.

Had my interview yesterday with Benjamin from AdCom. The interview had just 3 questions -
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why MBA? And how will you pitch yourself to companied for internship?
3. Why USC?
Including the 4 questions I had for the AdCom, it lasted just 20 minutes.
I had some specific questions on their collaborations with clean-tech companies, and he was kind enough to share contacts of some alums who were working in my target companies. He said he’d introduce me to them via email and I received it a couple of hours post the interview.

It was conversational.
Barely 1-2 questions from the interviewer
Then it's up to you.
You could talk about clubs, recruitment opportunities or any other resources you may want to learn about.
It's really an opportunity to learn more about the college directly from the ad com.
I feel that this interview is genuinely a vibe check -> So, make sure you come across as authentic and be yourself!

I had my interview yesterday with Megan.
Same questions plus TMAT: handling conflicts within the team, showcasing leadership.
Very conversational. She asked me follow up questions based on what I answered.

my interview went for 20 mins. It was really conversational. Adcom director properly read my application and resume, so he had a good idea about my profile.
He asked me:
My short and long term goals
Why Marshall?
Then in QnA, I asked him 4-5 qs.

Got interviewed by the program Director (Prof. Carl Voigt) via Zoom.
Instead of interview, feels more like discussion to make sure if me and the program can be a good fit.
The interviewer already reviewed my resume and application, so I didn't have the "talk me through your resume" part, but jumping straight to:
1. Why MBA?
2. Do you plan to work in US after MBA?
3. Detailed question regarding my work experience
4. Backup plan regarding how to finance the program (I was applying for scholarship at the same time)
5. Any question for IBEAR? I asked about how often IBEAR students join the clubs within its Business School, and he said it depends on each individual, because IBEAR students are expected to work up to 70 hrs/week due to compressed curriculum program. But basically, not impossible if you choose so.
I expected 30 mins interview within 1 hour window, but ended up only being interviewed for about 20 mins. Not sure if it's a good sign.
but, overall interview felt genuine and truly concern and wanting to know about me more to make ensure a good fit with the program.
