To me A seems correct from all aspects

A to envision Gala Pagos as a family entertainment destination and to portray it as such (Correct)
B to envision Gala Pagos to be a family entertainment destination, portrayed as such (Not parallel. To envision and portrayed)
C envisioning Gala Pagos as a family entertainment destination, having portrayed it like that (Not parallel)
D who envisioned Gala Pagos being a family entertainment destination, and to portray it like that (Not parallel and redundant)
E who envisioned Gala Pagos as a family entertainment destination, but to portray it as such (Meaning changed)
