In the first half, each of the 4 pieces is further divided into 3 pieces, giving us a total of 4*3=12 pieces total.
In the second half, 75% of them is further divided into halves, meaning 75% of 4, i.e. each of the 3 pieces are divided into 2 pieces, giving us 3*2=6 and a total of 6+1=7
In total we have 12 + 6 + 1=19 pieces
