Where am I getting this wrong?
Mary 12.5Km covered in 15 min while Paul is at 0
At their respective speeds.
Mary covers 25km in 30 min, 50km in 60 min, and 75km in 90 min
Paul covers 15km in 30 min as he started 15 min late, 45km in 60 min and 75km in 90 min and eventually catches up.
So the answer is coming up as 1h 30 min.

Your distance table is fine. The only mistake is what clock you are reading at the end.
You are measuring time from when Mary passed the gas station.
At 90 minutes after Mary passes:
Mary has driven 1.5 hours, so she is at 50 * 1.5 = 75 miles.
Paul has driven only 75 minutes (1.25 hours) because he started 15 minutes later, so he is at 60 * 1.25 = 75 miles.
So they meet 90 minutes after Mary passed.
But the question asks how long after Paul passed the gas station. That is 90 minutes - 15 minutes = 75 minutes = 1 hour 15 minutes.
