Hi everyone,
I really need help choosing which school to prioritize. Money isn’t a concern, as I’m working hard to secure a full scholarship from my government (covering tuition fees and a stipend). I’m currently waiting to hear back from these schools.
A bit of background: I’m Asian with 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in a tech startup. My undergraduate major isn’t directly related—it’s in natural science education.
I’m passionate about the tech industry and also intrigued by the idea of exploring consulting. My goal is to climb the corporate ladder, especially since my scholarship requires me to return to my home country for the first two years after graduating (so I’m very open to remote work).
From my research, both USC and CMU have strong alumni networks, but I really like how BU presents their learning approach.
What would you suggest? I’m comfortable living on the West Coast, in Pittsburgh, or in Boston. That said, I feel like Boston and LA are major tech industry hubs.
Thanks a lot!
