By business masters do you mean a MIM? Those programs are typically designed for candidates with very little (or no) work experience. Your work experience would make you a better fit for an MBA since most MBA programs look for 3-5 years of work experience & you are on target for those. You are coming from the toughest demographic when it comes to b-school apps, and it's one that tends to have very high GMAT scores as well. But I do think top 100 is realistic for you. Given the average years of work experience, I would actually NOT recommend waiting & agree with you that it makes sense to apply this year. If you have too many years of experience they start to worry that you no longer need the degree & it actually weakens your candidacy. So I say go for it this year! Good luck to you!
