I have been searching for information on various top ten matriculation deadlines with little success. For example, say a student is accepted Round 1 or Round 2 at HBS. How long does that student have to choose whether to matriculate? Is there a general matriculation deadline in the early summer for all rounds or are there different deadlines for each round?

I ask because I wonder if after receiving initial round 1 acceptances you can then decide to apply to round 2 or round 3 at other schools and potentially mull over your options. Any of you accepted to H/W/S/Y/K Round 1 have any insight on those schools' specific matriculation deadline dates? I am formulating my plan to apply next year and due to overseas work I will be extremely limited in the number of apps I can submit round 1. Thanks!

Maybe you're just looking for the wrong terminology - look for the deposit dates, I know most schools have them listed on their site. They're usually after R2 decisions (even for R1) because they generally fall after school visit weekends. You can apply to R2 schools after R1 decisions, but the catch is that you need to watch the dates carefully, because often R2 apps are due before R1 decisions.
