I applied the programme of MSc in Information and Technology Management(ITM) in Dec 2014. I receive an offer in Jan 2015, and met the required conditions of GMAT score in late Feb 2015.

Although it is not an MBA programme, it is under the CUHK Business School - Same as MBA. Out of totally 30 credits in the programme, ITM students are allowed to enroll at most 6 credits in other courses of the Business School.

Given my undergraduate GPA is not very good, I treat the MSc ITM programme as a capstone to my PhD. I hope I can meet someone here who are/were in MSc ITM, and/or share the same vision with me.

I will be willing to share my experience and answer the questions related to CUHK Business School at my ability and knowledge. However, given I will start my studies in Sep 2015, I may not be able answer all the questions.

Cheers~

Hi,

I came across your post while doing my research on MSc ITM course. I am a bit uncertain and I am hoping you can give some clarity.
I have recently relocated to Hong Kong and considering doing MSc ITM part time course 2019 sept intake and also looking for a good opportunity in parallel.
Part time because when I start a job, I would be able to continue my studies as well. So I have been wondering whether to apply for this course or not, whether it will add value to my profile? Whether it will make me a more preferred candidate than now? Currently I have 7 yrs of experience outside HK and a globally recognized professional certification as well.
Also, course final deadline is approaching soon and my application is on hold. It is an investment so I really need to go through its pros and cons before I can put in that kind of money.

I would really really appreciate your insight on this since you are an alumni. How was your experience and what do you think about the course and its value in your career?

Thanks a ton in advance!

I am guessing you are not going to hear from OP. He/she last logged in in 2016. I advise you to post in the following thread which is more active.
