Well, Janveeeeeeh, you would be eligible to apply without work experience, but gaining admission is difficult with or without work experience. If you look at the most recent class profile for the MBA program, you will notice that, while the average work experience is 4.8 years, the range of experience is from 0 to 11 years.

Stanford has a deferred enrollment program: https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/programs/mb ... enrollment
This is for candidates in their final year of a bachelor’s degree or a joint bachelor/graduate program.
"Choose deferred enrollment if you feel you would benefit from full-time work experience before starting the MBA program. This is a good choice if you are unsure of your long-term professional path and would like to explore an industry before earning your MBA."
