Well, I think that your GMAT is a bit on the low side for most of those schools. As an Indian Tech candidate you're going to want to be in at at least 30+ points over the average and now you're below on most of the schools. So if it's an option, I would seriously consider a retake in your case.

But what about my age and years of experience?Also, except Nanyang and NUS all other colleges are not even in top 50. So isn't this score enough for the colleges in Canada?

Well your age, which I assume to abound 32 or 33 is probably more of a disadvantage than an advantage at US schools. For European and Asian programs, which tend to have older classes you should be fine.

For Rotman/Schulich. The average GMATs are 665/660 respectively. So you are within range, but still below average, and even moreso for Indian applicants. Whether you want to go for riskier "Top or Bust" strategy or whether you prefer to play it safer and spread out your school selection is entirely up to you.
