Hi, and thanks for writing! Your academics are strong, and you have progressive work experience. The schools you're applying to are very competitive, esp. for Indian applicants. Are you involved currently in any initiatives outside of work? This would strengthen your candidacy, as would 1. explaining in your apps WHY you want to transition into management consulting - what drives you? and 2. making a strong case for why each program is a good fit for you.
When considering which programs to apply to, consider cultural fit, class size, and campus environment as well. In terms of competitiveness, I would also consider Duke, Stern, and Darden in terms of US schools, and Oxford Said in the UK. Hope that helps a bit to start!
