It certainly doesn't hurt, but those two accreditations are not going to dramatically increase your chances. There are actually very few real requirements. An undergraduate/bachelor degree and the GMAT/GRE are you two primary ones. For most schools, work experience is also a near-requirement.
I would pursue these accreditations primarily if you think they would help you career. Other than that, they're basically just indications of your knowledge and technical abilities. The schools will focus much more on GPA, GMAT/GRE, work experience, extracurricular activities and the written components (LORs, essays.)
