MBA Application Resume: Should you include High School information in it?
I am a 24Y old female, with a 3+ years WorkEx.
I know it is generally not recommended to include High School information on resume. However, what if there were a couple of excellent achievements to write?

You should really avoid putting down high school achievements. The only exception I have ever seen made is if there was an activity or accomplishment that is still present today that started in high school. The idea was to show longevity.
Even then, if you have something so extraordinary in high school that is still presently relevant, why wouldn't you have even more impressive accomplishments since then? Did you peak in high school?
If you can be more specific (potentially offline) that would be helpful. Similarly, if you need help crafting your application - including your resume - we are happy to be of service at Admissionado. Once again, the best answer here would also be "it depends", on the objective of the information, the approach you need to take (show leadership) and which strength(s) of yours are missing elsewhere and may need highlighting.
I hope however, you do understand your resume alone is not everything, neither is your essay alone... and so on. A powerful application, the right resume, and a good mock interview practice may even be able to get you hefty scholarships into top B-Schools which keep helping you for a lifetime.
