This is just a rant.. please feel free to jump in..
MBA.com has one of the crappiest payment systems. I logged in today to order some school reports now that i have figured which I schools I would apply to in the first round ..only to find that there were no options for cards expiring in 2020. This is funny considering that I had used the same card for taking the gmat exam 2-3 month ago ..
This brings me to the incident when I had tried to book the exam 3-4 months earlier. My card had expired earlier this year and while waiting for the replacement card, I tried to use my friend's card to book the exam. The system refused it ( probably it does some nonsensical security check comparing the card holder's name to my profile info). I had to wait for my replacement card to book the test.. I ended up losing a month considering that the suitable dates were taken within the 10 day period I was waiting for my replacement card..
Damn the team running mba.com's payment system
Definitely doing a half assed job.. !
I have complained to their customer service . lets see what reply I get from them...
