I don't know of a coupon code, but I can say that you can save a little by purchasing all four official practice tests at once rather than purchasing the two sets separately.
Regarding how long they are good for, the activation codes for all GMAT Official Practice materials expire one (1) year from the date of purchase if not activated, or one (1) year from the date of activation. Also, you can take each test twice, though retakes of tests 3 through 6 don't work that well because people often see many repeated questions.
