Took GMAT 1 in August and got a 620. Noticed at the end when they printed the report that my last name was spelled wrong. Thought "ok" and sent an email requesting it be changed... nothing back. Send another... nothing back. So I create another account for my next test to ensure that it has my name correct this time around. End up with a 740 in November and I'm amped to get in my target range.
2 days later, Pearson calls and says I have to merge accounts. I tell them this makes sense and I explain the situation. They merge the accounts and I wait patiently for my official score report to get posted and sent to the schools. 15 days go by... nothing, so I call, explain the situation and they put me on hold for about 45 minutes, and then tell me 2 days and it will be up... it doesn't post. Today, I'm passed 20 days (which is the ceiling on the site) and I still have no score report. I call, they put me on hold for about 30 minutes, and then say it will be posted by the end of the day. It has not.
At this point, I am getting the feeling that somehow when they merge accounts they managed to lose the score? I don't even know how that can be possible with an identification number attached to the exam but this makes no sense and I'm now extremely nervous.
Has anyone else encountered something like this? Is there any advice on what I should/could do? I've only got about 2 weeks until the deadlines for the school applications hit.
