I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to take your GMAT today as planned. Can you go into a bit more detail about why you were unable to log-in? For example, if the website was down when you attempted to log-in as scheduled, then that's the host's issue - and you could reasonably request a free retest. This ultimately sounds like an issue for the Customer Service Team at
www.mba.com (or the Team at Examity) though, so you should reach out to discuss the issue. Based on a number of stories from people who have posted in the forums, you might need to try several times (and it could take days - or even weeks - to be resolved), but that will almost certainly be a necessary step in resolving the issue you've described.
