I am a bit confused about whether to give GMAT or Cat . As u know foreign degree requires a lot of financial assistance and I want such a college which provides job as well. As there job security if we do MBA from an Indian Institute. But when do MBA from foreign country there is less chances of getting a job as many countries do not provide jobs. So can you please clear my confusion and guide me

An MBA degree can be perused anywhere in any university around the globe. Many want to go abroad to pursue their MBA abroad dream thinking that they will get better job platforms and pay scales. But the Placements in India is relatively easy for MBA students as they get a chance to network and interview with top companies on the campus itself. Top B-schools offer most students multiple job offers. You have to crack the campus interviews in order to benefit from really good placement opportunities.
Whereas B-Schools abroad work very differently. Schools do not guarantee that you will get a good job in reputed companies. Only a few top universities have an option of campus interviews. A few of the international universities may have an option for campus interviews, although they do not have a dedicated placement cell and will not guarantee any job offers to students. Hence it is important to do the right research before choosing your dream college.

You should look at the MBA as a career-building experience. While it might be harder to recruit for jobs at home in a business school not in your country, that does not mean it will be negative to your career. In fact, it might make it easier upon returning to recruit since you will have an international network.
