Hi Sir/Ma'am,

First of all thank you for evaluating the profiles. It really is helpful for us applicants. I was wondering if you could please evaluate my profile and tell me my strengths and weaknesses so that i can improve my profile accordingly. Also the below mentioned colleges lie under which category for me? (Safe/mod/ambitious).

Profile:
Female. Age: 24.
10th: 93.2%
12th: 88%
Qualification: B. Tech. in Computer Science
college: Jaypee Institute of Information technology, Noida.
GPA: 7.3/10 (equivalent to 79 % ).

Work ex: 36 months as of now and by the time I join it would be 4 years. Working in SAP labs (One of the most reputed companies throughout the world)
I am a software engineer and working as a developer and technical functional consultant of the product SAP Global trade management. Regular customer interaction. Work in a cross team culture that requires regular interaction with developers and architects in Germany, USA, China etc. Have been on various customer sites like on Sumitomo Corporation, Tokyo etc. as a product expert from SAP. Have attended conferences and presented ideas in SAP conferences like in DKOM Germany etc. Have been a great performer in the team. Won various awards for work and in competitions during my work tenure like team player award.
Actively involved in CSR activity.

In college: Active member of the fest organizing committee. Coordinated various events. Participated and won in various cultural, technical and creative events.

GMAT score: 700
AWA: 5.5
IR: 6

List of colleges I am interested in but Because i think my profile is weak, could you please suggest the colleges I should aim for. Please?

Basically top tier schools. Could you please provide your evaluation of my profile and suggest which good B schools should I aim for? Right now I listed the top ones :(
