Hi Srunick,

In terms of reviews there isn't much since the German university system is very different from that of, for example, the UK or the US. If you want to know which of the programs are most recognized, take a look at the Financial times ratings for Masters in Management in Europe (I can't post links because I have not been a member long enough). The highest ranking ones would be Cologne and Munich, but all the programs you have listed are very different so it is a bit unclear what would be best for you. I am not sure whether a 510 gmat would be enough for the higher ranked programs on your list - may i ask what your gpa was? In Germany that is a very important decision factor as many programs depend solely on the "NC" (numerus clausus aka your gpa) for admission.
In terms of employment opportunities I think you will have trouble with your limited German (A1 is very basic german, you should try to at least reach B1 before coming to Germany) and you will almost certainly have trouble in the smaller cities with that so I suggest you either improve your German or go to a university in Berlin or Munich. Your employment opportunities would also depend highly on the type of IT work experience you have.
For extra funding you should also look at the programmes the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Auslands Dienst) has, they offer some scholarships and living assistance for foreigners, though you would need to have a very good applicant profile for that.

I hope this helps,
