I'm going to complete my BE in Mechancial engineering by June 2013. I'm very much interested in going my Post graduate in hospitality management , Am i eligible candidate in applying for B schools. I'm planning to do my MBA in U.S , Europe and ASIAN countries, what are the best B-schools for hospitality management.

I would think the Johnson school at Cornell would be great for this since Cornell has their hotel school where you could potentially cross register or maybe even do a hospitality dual degree of some sort.

I think there is a bit of misconception about MBA specializations. You can get an emphasis but program prestige and work experience will always trump specialization.
The only 2 programs I am aware of are Cornell and Essec and those are not MBA programs but rather MMH.
My suggestion would be to go for cornell(Johnson) for recruiting reasons but if you can get into a higher ranked program, which your question implies that it is not likely. If you do analysis of hospitality company execs you will see that there is no school in particular that stands out.... It is a mix.
Make sure you have a strong work experience behind you and that should open up the right doors. Every industry always needs good talent with or without MBA.
