Hi,

I am happy to help

These are the MBA programs starting September 2018(along with their deadlines)
Rotman School of Management(University of Toronto) - R1 deadline is October 16th
Schulich School of Business(York University) - R1 deadline is December 1st
Ivey School(Program starting in March 2018) - R3 Deadline is September 25/R4 deadline is November 13

This is a forum topic which discusses the best business schools in Canada
(slightly old post, but still holds good as it will give you an idea about the schools)
https://gmatclub.com/forum/best-busines ... 47485.html

You need to prepare for your GMAT and prepare your applications to apply to these programs, so the earlier you start, the better!
P.S Canada is a very immigration friendly country, so it shouldn't be very difficult to settle afterwards.
You will get a 1 year work permit after completion of your course(if you decide to go to Ivey)
and 3 years work permit after completing your course from Rotman/Schulich

You can check this link for more details on work permit : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad.asp

Hope that helps!
