Hi
Librai, sounds like an interesting work profile!
I agree that you need to boost the academic side of your profile. Aside from retaking your GRE, I think UCLA's program, or something like Harvard's CORe, would suit that purpose well. Or you could take a few accredited courses on your own, they don't necessarily have to be part of a structured pre-MBA program. I would also investigate courses/certifications that will help you with your eventual career goal -- e.g., Wall Street Prep, CFA, etc.
I'm less certain about the Masters. If an MBA is the main goal, I worry that a Masters just before that could detract from your reasons for pursuing the MBA, as it makes it seem less necessary for you.
Hope that helps, and good luck!
Kate

I am currently considering the prospect of an MBA, I am 26 years old and have worked at my country's Central Bank, PwC and as a Special Assistant to the Governor of my state. I have a low GPA from undergrad (2.69/Second Class Lower) from Heriot-Watt in the UK and 305 GRE. I am presently considering for January:
UCLA's pre-MBA to boost my intellectual credibility, GRE and utilise the counselling services.
Masters in International Business, work for two years in financial services the MBA.
My end goal is to work in Investment Banking and my target country is the USA but open to the UK. Would appreciate any advise.
