All,
I have 18+ years of experience as a software engineer. I worked on multiple projects , Led tech initiatives and build complex systems. I do not have any Tech Management experience (No Enigeering Manager, Director/VP etc). I led team of 10-12 members only on Tech side ,guiding and mentoring team.
With no Management experience (No Director/VP etc) what are my options for MBA college in India and outside.

For MBAs in India, consider IIM Ahmedabad’s PGPX, ISB’s PGP PRO, or IIM Udaipur’s EMBA, which value your technical leadership. Abroad, INSEAD’s Global EMBA, LBS’s EMBA, or Columbia’s MBA/MS dual programs suit your tech expertise. Focus essays on your project impact to stand out. You’re well-positioned for these executive programs—best of luck!
