One of my seniors with 20 years of experience (2 years international) wants to do an MBA. He is seeking change in post-MBA roles and wants to do MBA to evolve as a professional.
what colleges or programs are appropriate for his experience and background?
any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Current Profile: Oil and Gas expert. Projects|Operations|Maintenace|Planning|Contracts
Post-MBA goal: Switch to horizontal roles (HR|Supply chain) etc.
GMAT: yet to appear

FYI - it will be tough and likely impossible to get into a Full Time MBA program.
The only well known program I know of that has graduates going into Energy and Oil and Gas in particular is Rice (Jones). But one issue oil and gas in the US don’t really recruit international applicants (even if this person could get in).
The most likely fit for this person would be an EMBA program of some kind but they are expensive and don’t offer Visa options…. It is tricky.
