Hi,
I have just started preparing for GMAT.I want to do MBA because I want a shift in my career and explore other fields.This is my profile :
10th : 93.1%
12th : 88.4%
Graduation : Engineering (CS) 83.2%
Nationality : Indian
Working with Infosys as a system engineer and have completed 22 months. I am planning for next year so probably I will have 3 years work experience with me.
Apart from that I have done junior diploma in guitar. And learnt certificate level Spanish during my college.
Also I worked in a group it was not an NGO. Just a group by college students my age. My job was to help them in getting animals adopted. And handling the social media.
All my four years of graduation I taught school students maths and science.
I have participated in singing competitions during my college and in several extra curricular activities during my school time.
I am planning to give gmat in 1st week of July.
It would be a great help if you will evaluate this and suggest me the things I can do.
I am thinking applying for 2019-2021 batch.

You should try and take some leadership roles in your current job(both in your project
and at the organizational level). I know that Infosys is involved in a lot of CSR activities
(eg. SPARK, RRP, CTY). These activities also help you make strong connections with the
senior members of the organization.
Last but not the least, work on maximizing your GMAT score since you are going to part
of an over-represented demographic(and a higher GMAT will help your case)
