MBA vs Masters for moving abroad

Hello people, I am a 31-year-old from India. A 2013-passout with 5-year integrated Masters and Bachelors in Civil Engineering from a Tier-1 college. I have 6 years Work-Ex as Maths coach/teacher for IITJEE prep and then a 3-year gap period for preparation of government exams. My CGPA is quite poor as well at 6.6/10 (2.6/4)

Now I am planning to move abroad and settle there, preferably Europe (like Ireland) or Australia or Canada. I am thinking of pursuing either Masters in Business Analytics or MSc in Mathematics, the former can help me secure a reasonable job and latter is kind of a field of interest for me.

But, The consultants I have contacted here are recommending me an MBA. I have not taken MBA seriously after passing out from college as its too expensive and I am not sure about career prospects suitable for my profile as an ex-Teacher. Also, I feel that I am not cutout for Marketing or Sales or HR. Only Finance or Operations or Consulting may suit my personality. I am not too eager to continue in field of Education or Civil Engg either but will, if I have no better choice.

Hence, my queries -
1) should I pursue an expensive MBA vs cheaper Masters which will get me an almost certain job after 12 months.

2) if Masters, which field should be most suitable considering future prospects in mind? I am open to switching my field. Also, I have some inkling towards Analytics and already enrolled for Google's professional certification course.

3) If MBA, considering my budget is max ₹30 lakhs per annum and that too will have to take loan for that, are there any reasonably good options in the mentioned countries which I can pursue? Background Info: I appeared for CAT twice while I was in college - managed to score 100%ile in Quant/DI and 97%ile in VA/LR but in separate attempts. So, I am confident of getting a good score in GMAT if required.
