Re: MBA vs Masters for moving abroad [#permalink]
Update: Gave GMAT Official Practice Test after much hesitation and got a 700 scaled score without any prep except the free practice questions in the starter kit. I am hopeful to crack 740+ after a month's prep and working on VR extensively. Breakup -
IR8 90%
QR50 87%
VR34 69%

Don't get fooled by the consultants. MBA with School level teaching experience would find no takers in the job market.

A PG program in Software Engineering might land you a job. Best option would be to specialise in the field of education; research which EDU programs would fetch you a in-demand jobs readily.

Not familiar with Software till now so that will be a long path of enlightenment. EDU Programs? Can you give some example?

Executive MBA from one of the IIMs will boost your career prospects significantly. Will surely assist you in switching over to Consultancy oriented jobs.

Are you sure? I am not certain if they will even acknowledge my teaching experience as relevant.

Hey thanks for replying. I checked the curriculum of the mentioned programs and I don't feel that resonates with what I would prefer to do. Any opinion on Masters in Business Analytics or the other stream I mentioned?
