McKinsey 2026 pre-MBA programs
McKinsey recently announced the launch of their annual summer pre-MBA programs: McKinsey Early Access and Inspire. These programs are designed to help incoming MBA students begin to explore a career in consulting.
Both McKinsey Early Access and Inspire are open to incoming members of the full-time MBA Class of 2028 who are completing their studies in the United States or Canada.

- McKinsey Early Access provides you with connections to consultants and firm leaders, introductions to our recruiting team and process, and access to a series of virtual and in-person events throughout the summer that highlight who we are and what we do.
- Inspire is an immersive event co-hosted by McKinsey’s Black, Hispanic & Latino, and Indigenous networks. Participants have the option to attend in-person or virtually.
