Thank you for your valuable opinion.
Well my work does involve 100 hour weeks and 32 hour shifts on a regular basis as a part of my training.
It will not be possible for me to apply this year because of my busy schedule but I am definitely planning on applying next year after finishing my residency.
My end goal is to be a food entrepreneur but I do feel that I should work in an institution after MBA to gain some experience and money :) before I head down the entrepreneurship path.

That seems to me to be a quite wise idea. Learn from other people's mistakes. :)
