A and B are wrong because S-V agreement (members - has).
Amongst C, D and E, I think we need: Members of the Senate Intelligence Committee.. and not Senate's. Like how we would use Members of the Lok Sabha.. or members of the Rajya Sabha and not members of the Lok's Sabha or members of the Rajya's Sabha.. .
