Hello Sajjad1994,

For question 3, I totally understand why option C is correct, However i also feel option D is inferable since red wine with or without alcohol does have physiological effect by lowering blood pressure.

Could you provide explanation on how to eliminate option D and also the difficulty level of each question and RC overall..

My attempt: Time taken 7.5mins with 5/6 correct

Thanks & Regards,
Vishal Jain.

The passage discusses the physiological reaction of red wine on blood pressure. However, the focus is on the effect of nonalcoholic red wine on blood pressure, and specifically, how it leads to a decrease in blood pressure due to increased levels of nitric oxide. The passage doesn't emphasize or suggest that diabetic men have a unique or distinctive physiological reaction to red wine in comparison to other individuals.

The passage provides evidence that nonalcoholic red wine can decrease blood pressure by increasing nitric oxide levels. It doesn't imply that diabetic men have a special physiological response to red wine that sets them apart from others. The physiological reaction described in the passage is related to the presence of polyphenols and nitric oxide, rather than a diabetic-specific reaction.

Given this information, we can eliminate option D.

Difficulty Level IMO.
