I would suggest that first get your Transcript from WES. They will convert your CGPA into GPA format which is out of 4. (Course by Course Evaluation)

As you are applying from MFRM Rotman course, they need transcript from WES directly.

Also Your GPA Should be more than 3.

About Course, No Good Alumni network available as of Now for this course. But Location & Fame of University matters a lot in Canada.
Will suggest to go with it only if you have keen interest.

There is no where mentioned on the MFRM program site that they need the converted transcript from WES. They have only mentioned that the transcript should be in English

Financial Risk has a lot of scope and it is a subject matter whether you want to pursue masters or a professional degree (FRM) in financial risk

They need it. When you will go ahead with the application. You will find these details in the upload document section. All courses of Rotman require Transcripts from WES or Any other Institutions (like IQAS).
