Official GMAT test is uniquely designed and should be perfect. It has been used for many years. so there is no reason that you should worry about that.
your mgmat scores are the indicators of your official gmat may be +- 20

I just took MGMAT #6 and same thing as the last time happened.

I missed 3 in quant and 3 in verbal, but only had one 700-800 level question on each section. My verbal score stayed at 45, but my overall score got a boost from a Q51 this time.

I'm starting to think Manhattan just ran out of 700-800 level questions for the last 2 practice CATs

In case anyone was wondering I ended up emailing MGMAT and got a very prompt and courteous response. It turns out all 6 tests pull questions from the same question bank and they only have enough 700-800 level questions to support 720-730 on each test. If you consistently score 99%-tile they'll simply run out of the toughest questions before you finish.

Fortunately this could never happen on the real test so all fears are alleviated!
