On my second MGMAT CAT, I messed up on the quanti. I got stuck in the first 25 problems - almost panicking because I could not understand most of them. I had around 12 questions left with only 12 minutes to go. Frustrated, I quit the test. This was a reality check for me, since I had been doing well on official GMAT paper tests and GMATPrep. I think the difficulty level kinda surprised me. On reviewing the questions, I saw that the difficulty levels MGMAT gave for the first 15 questions were 90% 700-800 level questions! I really hope that my experience is more a sign that the MGMAT test is really hard rather than the fact that I'm not making progress in my studies!

My scores:
Computer-Adaptive
1) 690
2) quit test
3) 690

Non-Adaptive
640

I took all the 6 MGMAT CATs and found that the last CAT exam has much easier Q questions than the others. Did anybody else have the same experience?

I suspect they want us to struggle with the initial exams and learn concepts and assess accurately on the last CAT (The one most people write just before the actual GMAT).
